Have I told You That I love Radishes?

I ordered some a different type of radish seeds from www.rareseeds.com for my fall garden. Because our Georgia fall is so short I chose some that are ready to eat in three weeks. And true to the catalog's description I am harvesting radishes just 3 weeks after pushing the tiny seeds into the ground. Now I need to talk the mister into baking some bread for me so that I can have thinly sliced radishes sprinkled with coarse salt along with cold butter on some yummy warm bread.
